At PIClaimAdvance, our mission has always been to help clients bridge the gap between need and resolution with compassion, efficiency, and integrity. We understand how important timely financial assistance can be — and we never take that trust lightly.
Unfortunately, our current lending partners are operating at full capacity. Until additional funding or new partnerships become available, we are unable to accept new applications. Rather than allow clients to wait under false expectations, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause new claim advance requests indefinitely.
During this pause, we’re taking the opportunity to rebuild our internal systems and improve how we serve you. Our existing platform has met the needs of many clients, but we know we can do more — especially in streamlining communication between clients, lenders, attorneys, and financial institutions.
This reconstruction period will allow us to deliver a smoother, more transparent experience once operations resume. Our goal is to ensure that every interaction — from application to funding — is handled with precision and care. We’re building toward a truly “white glove” standard, even for those without a decent suit.
We don’t yet have a timeline for reopening applications, as both infrastructure improvements and available lending capital will shape that decision. However, we remain committed to transparency and to serving our future clients with the respect and diligence they deserve.
